What We Do

Interpersonal Development and Careers

Growing up with gangs in our families and communities, we know the pull is strong. We counter this pull with love, accountability and wraparound support. As gang veterans who’ve reimagined our lives, we help others build a life beyond the streets.
Community-wide healing

We give love where love is needed most. We reclaim places where violence has happened and bring divided communities together, providing a path toward healing for the people most likely to commit violence.
Positive Influencers

We are positive influencers trained to mediate and help de-escalate conflicts at the root cause, preventing them from committing violence and disrupting cycles of violence. With eyes on the street, we are the prime conflict solutions before it’s too late and support better decision-making for everyone involved.
